The Company
Notjustballoons.co.uk was founded by Deborah Tarry. Juggling motherhood (and three boisterous children), holding down a very successful career as a Sales Director for an insurance company, and attending one too many unoriginal corporate events and parties that lacked atmosphere, Deborah decided to embark upon a mission: to bring colour and style and originality to events ranging from blue chip AGMs to intimate dinner parties. How did she and her team begin? With balloons. From greetings balloons in the post to custom-printed balloons for launch parties. Not Just Balloons has grown organically from there to where they are today. And they still do balloons, but not just balloons.
Not Just Balloons is dedicated to making sure that your party, your present or the surprise that you are arranging is one that everyone will talk about for years to come.
The Projects
We've completed projects as diverse as creating curved walls of balloons for a proposed new building in a city centre, supplying and delivering fifty designer party bags for a bar mitzvah, to organising and arranging a stag night in Amsterdam, including a surprise party box for the groom-to-be!
Balloons
The core business still remains as it began: sending out helium filled foil balloons (we have hundreds to choose from) in beautifully presented tissue-lined boxes with colour co-ordinated ribbons and bows through the post, for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, marriages, engagements etc. The business has grown from there to become a "one-stop shop" for event organisation and decoration...

Event Organisation
It would not be possible to include a comprehensive breakdown of our event organisation and decoration services on this site; if you would like to discuss the services that we offer, for corporate events or parties at home, please call Deborah Tarry on +44 (0)1304 812228 and she will be delighted to help.
Postage
UK deliveries are sent by our courier Citylink using their next day delivery service, which is a next working day delivery, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional charge. Occasionally we may use Royal Mail's special delivery next day service.
Orders for next day delivery must be received by 3pm GMT. Orders for a Monday delivery must be placed with us by 3pm on the Friday of the previous week. Occasionally, Royal Mail may attempt to deliver on a Saturday but we cannot accept responsibility for this although we will mark the package with the requested delivery date and day.
Where Royal Mail or Citylink has attempted a delivery, and the recipient is not there to receive the package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt. Delivery of packages requires a signature, and we are able to track and trace your deliveries, although we are unable to give approximate delivery times.
Late deliveries are those which arrive on the day after the stipulated delivery date. Should your package arrive late, we will refund your shipping charge. Should your package arrive damaged, please send the entire package back to us by return and we will refund the cost, as well as offer you a complimentary delivery of a balloon in a box.
Although we do our very best to ensure your parcel does arrive on time, we do rely on third parties to deliver our packages and therefore can not be held responsible if they arrive late.

We are unable to send balloons to these locations as they can burst
due to the air pressure. We can send other gifts to these locations.
Items weighing more than 2kgs going to Northern Ireland may inccur an additional £5.00 shipping charge.
COURIER DELIVERIES - deliveries by courier are made Monday to Friday, with Saturdays at additional cost and by prior arrangement. Selected Scottish destinations are not guaranteed next day. FK postcodes, AB postcodes, all IV postcodes and PH19 - 26 and all Scottish islands. We cannot deliver more than 3 balloons in a balloon bouquet to any of the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Security
