Orders placed before 3.00 pm on 23rd December and on a next day delivery service will be delivered on the 24th December - we advise if you think there is a possibility of not being in to sign for your parcel you leave special instructions as to where it can be left safe. However please note that the courier and ourselves cannot take responsibility for the safety of the package. Standard delivery parcels will arrive sometime during the week of the 28th December.

Orders placed after this date on a next day delivery service will arrive Wednesday 30th December. There are no deliveries on 25th , 26th 27th, 28th, 29th of December There are no deliveries on 1st January

Orders placed after 3 p.m. of the 31st on a next day delivery will be delivered on the 4th January 4th January life goes back to normal!!

BALLOON IN A BOX DELIVERIES:

We recommend that if you are ordering balloons in boxes from our balloon in a box sites then you should not be ordering FOR A DELIVERY DATE OF 29TH December as this balloon will be sitting in a depot for days. We also do not advise a delivery date of the 4th January for the same reason. Obviously there are no balloon deliveries on 25th, 26th, 27th or 28th December or 1st January either.

Note: We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept  most credit and debit cards including American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone or fax. Do not under any circumstances for your own security send credit card or sensative information by email.
Any Missing Items need to be reported no later than 48 hours after reciept of goods, Any parcel sent on a standard delivery needs to be missing for over 10 days before a replacement parcel will be sent.

Cancellation policy

You can notify us by email or telephone no later than 24 hours of your requested delivery date  and a full refund will be given. If you require delivery  for a Monday, cancellation of your order must be made by no later than noon on Friday.

By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been despatched we are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are providing are perishable.

We reserve the right to substitute your balloon with a similar choice if your chosen balloon is out of stock. Where time allows before despatch we will contact you to give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting the substituted goods
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Missing and damaged items need to be reported to us within 5 working day from delivery of order after this time we are unable to send out any shortages or replacements

NO REFUNDS can be offered for deliveries which are delayed beyond our immediate control. Should your product arrive in a damaged condition or be lost, we will either refund your full payment or despatch another greeting or gift to the same value.
All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually.
Evidence of these circumstances will always be required by us and Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail or City Link due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder transportation of goods, industrial action of postal workers and other incidents which are beyond our immediate control. In such instances, we may only on occasion, be able to offer a refund of the postage incurred for delivery of your goods.
