Orders placed before 3.00 pm on 23rd December and on a next day delivery service will be delivered on the 24th December - we advise if you think there is a possibility of not being in to sign for your parcel you leave special instructions as to where it can be left safe. However please note that the courier and ourselves cannot take responsibility for the safety of the package. Standard delivery parcels will arrive sometime during the week of the 28th December.

Orders placed after this date on a next day delivery service will arrive Wednesday 30th December. There are no deliveries on 25th , 26th 27th, 28th, 29th of December There are no deliveries on 1st January

Orders placed after 3 p.m. of the 31st on a next day delivery will be delivered on the 4th January 4th January life goes back to normal!!

BALLOON IN A BOX DELIVERIES:

We recommend that if you are ordering balloons in boxes from our balloon in a box sites then you should not be ordering FOR A DELIVERY DATE OF 29TH December as this balloon will be sitting in a depot for days. We also do not advise a delivery date of the 4th January for the same reason. Obviously there are no balloon deliveries on 25th, 26th, 27th or 28th December or 1st January either.

Note: We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland

Shipping & Returns

Shipping And Handling:   There is a Next Day shipping charge of £4.00 for delivery, regardless of how many items you order. We also offer a Saturday delivery service at £12. Deliveries are usually made the next day working day, provided the item is in stock and the order is placed before 3 pm, A signature is required and if you wish to have left with a neighbour please state this in the special instructions section.  Deliveries are made Monday to Friday or on Saturday if you have chosen this service.  Orders cannot be dispatched at weekends or Bank Holidays.  You will receive your order the next day between 9am and 5.30pm or on the date you have requested. Prices for shipping are for mainland U.K. only.
The postcodes detailed below take 2 days to deliver and come at an additional charge and may not be able to have balloons shipped to these areas.
FK17-22, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, 33-39, 40-51 and 55-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, 5-14 and 15-17, PA20-48 and 60-78, PH18-26 and 30-44, ZE1-3
Addresses that are not situated on the mainland, remote areas of Scotland may also come with an additional charge and may take longer to arrive.  We cannot fly balloons across the water as they may burst in transit.  We cannot ship balloons to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands for this reason.
