Purchasing balloons and gifts online could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards visa,. Wherever you are shopping from in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, British pounds or your own currency.
Shipping And Handling
All single balloons are sent by Royal Mail next day delivery, which is a next working day delivery, Monday to Friday. Orders must be received by 4pm GMT. Orders for a Monday delivery must be placed with us by 5pm on the Friday of the previous week. Occasionally, Royal Mail may attempt to deliver on a Saturday. We cannot accept responsibility for this although we will mark the package with the requested delivery date and day. Where Royal Mail has attempted a delivery, and the recipient is not there to receive the package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt. Delivery of packages requires a signature, and we are able to track and trace your deliveries after 1pm on the date of delivery. Late deliveries are those which arrive on the day after the stipulated delivery date. Should your package arrive late, we will refund your shipping charge. Should your package arrive damaged, please send the entire package back to us by return and we will refund the cost, as well as offer you a complimentary delivery of a balloon in a box.
Small gifts will be sent by royal mail's recorded delivery and may be sent in advance to ensure they are recieved on the date stipulated, delivery with this method is approximate only. If you require delivery on a specific day your item will need to be sent on a next day service, if you are ordering in advance this does not mean your item will arrive the next day but will arrive on the date stipulated.
All other items will be sent by courier and may be delivered between 9am and 5pm please try and ensure there will be somebody in to receive your gift as all items must be signed for, parcels will not be left unattended without a signed authorisation at the delivery address that the courier can take with him as proof of authorisation.
We cannot unfortunately offer a guarantee on these delivery times as we are relying on third parties to deliver your goods. Consistently over 90% of our despatches arrive within the stated time, but for those which take longer, as a gesture of good will we will refund your postage. We are unable to offer full refunds on late items. Furthermore, the listed times are dependent on the order being placed before 4pm the previous working day.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
COURIER DELIVERIES - deliveries by courier are made Monday to Friday, with Saturdays at additional cost and by prior arrangement. Selected Scottish destinations are not guaranteed next day. FK postcodes, AB postcodes, all IV postcodes and PH19 - 26 and all Scottish islands. We cannot deliver more than 3 balloons in a balloon bouquet to any of the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Please note that BFPO deliveries are not guaranteed, and you should allow for this when specifying your delivery date.
Delivery Schedule
We will despatch your order to arrive on the date stipulated. Some of our gifts, especially silverware, are made to order and will not be available for next day delivery, but these are marked clearly on the site. Please allow three days for delivery of international orders outside the UK.
Back Orders
Should the product you order be unavailable, we reserve the right to find an alternative of an equivalent or higher cost at no extra cost to you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We are a registered merchant with WorldPay Plc; all transactions are processed through them. Returns Policy

*Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of NotJustBalloons. Refunds can not be given if the balloon is not passed on to the named recipient.
*By virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations once the goods have been dispatched we are exempt from giving cancellation rights as the goods we are providing are perishable.
*If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, NotJustBalloons will give you a full refund. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Should you wish to cancel your order before the item has been dispatched you may do so, however this is subject to a cancellation fee.
